Refund policy

1. Can I Return a Product?


Yes - returns are accepted if:

i. You’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

ii. The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

iii. The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging, labels, and freebies.

 

Returns will not be accepted if the product:

i. Is used, altered, or tampered with.

ii. Is returned without original packaging (tags, box, etc.).

iii. Is a free gift item.

iv. The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.


2. How Do I Request a Return or Refund?

 

You can initiate a return in either of the following two ways:

Option 1: Raise a Return on the Website


Visit the Nykaa Wanderlust website and click on “Return Your Order.”
Enter your Order ID and registered email address, then proceed by selecting the appropriate return reason and uploading relevant images. 

Option 2: Contact our Support Team

 

Write to us at support@nykaawanderlust.com with your order details and return reason. Our team will review your request once all required information is received.

Kindly wait for confirmation from our support team before sending any items back.

After your request is confirmed, we will either arrange a pickup or provide instructions on how to return the product.

Please note that returns sent without prior confirmation may not be processed.

 

3. What are my refund options?


Once your return is approved and received in original condition, you can choose from the following refund modes:

i. Back to Source: The amount is refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time is 3–7 business days after return approval.

 

ii. Gift Card (for COD orders): For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, approved returns will be settled exclusively through a Gift Card equivalent to the exact value of the returned product(s). Direct refunds or bank transfers are not processed for COD returns. The Gift Card can be used toward any future purchase on the website."


4. Are shipping charges refundable?


Shipping charges are not refundable, as they help us cover the costs involved in carefully packing, processing, and delivering your order to you. Once an order has been shipped, these services have already been completed, and the shipping fee cannot be reversed.


5. Do you allow cancellations?


Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to process cancellations. Thank you for your understanding!

6. Do you allow partial refunds?

If your order was part of a combo or includes a free gift, those must also be returned to receive a full refund.


7. Caution on repeated returns:

 

We monitor return patterns. If we find consistent or suspicious misuse of our refund/return policies, we may refuse the request and block future purchases.
