1. How Does Our Delivery Process Work?


At Wanderlust, we want your journey with us to be seamless right from the moment you place your order. 

Once your order is confirmed, it goes through a careful quality check to ensure everything is in perfect condition.

Your products are then securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery team will bring your order to your doorstep as quickly as possible. If they’re unable to reach you, they’ll contact you to coordinate a convenient delivery time.

Sustainability First: We’re actively working to reduce plastic usage in our packaging. Wherever possible, we use recyclable paper fillers and are constantly innovating to create planet-friendly packaging solutions.


2. Where Do We Ship?


We currently ship only across India. While we don't offer international shipping just yet, stay tuned - Wanderlust may soon be traveling globally too!


3. When Will My Order Arrive?

 

We typically dispatch most orders within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

For high-demand sales or in rare cases where products need to be sourced directly from the brand, shipping may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you updated if that happens.

During peak periods or festive sales, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

You can always track your order through the “My Orders” section of your account.


4. What Are the Shipping Charges?


Free shipping on all orders above ₹299.

Orders below ₹299 will attract a flat shipping fee of ₹70.


5. My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.


6. Important Notes


If we’re unable to deliver any item in your order, you will not be charged in case of Cash on Delivery, otherwise the amount will be fully refunded in case of online payments.

If we are unable to ship your order completely within 15 working days, we will:

- Cancel the unshipped items.

- Notify you via email.

- Refund the balance to your bank account or offer a Store Credit, based on your preference.

- Please note: In the event of a return on a COD order, refunds will not be processed as cash or bank transfers. A Gift Card of equivalent value will be issued instead.

If your package appears tampered with or damaged, we request you to refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately with your Order Reference Number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible
